EstatePLUS is the result or 2 years working on property sites within the uk, It has been designed to manage your property details, market them and deliver them where you want them.
The aim of estatePLUS is to give you a bespoke website with a robust scalable and proven back office solution that doubles as a second shop front for your business.
We enable you to have the website you want, we don't force you to use a standard search/ results page, and we supply your data where you want it, so that it can be displayed how you want it. Whether we develop your website or someone else does, the only limit is your imagination.
We also know that you will want to display your property on the major portals. EstatePLUS has been designed with this in mind and is already setup to allow you to export your property to assertahome.com, propertyfinder.com and rightmove.co.uk. We can also add portals on request.
Alternatively estatePLUS allows you to import data from multiple systems allowing you to merge data from lettings management software and sales management software to be used in your website.
Our solution will grow with you, add more branches as you expand, create customer lists and know their requirements. Send them your property details via SMS, Email or both. We only allow property/news to be sent to people that have opted in, we don't send spam.
